RESOLUTION SUPPORTIPtG COf1IlUPdITY LIVING CENTERS
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUNDING APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS there is a need for permanent housing for the
developmentally disabled who are at risk of becoming homeless in
Butte County; and
WHEREAS Community Living Centers has proposed to purchase,
rehabilitate and convert a facility to provide permanent housing
and supportive services to this population; and
WHEREAS Community Living Centers has demonstrated the
ability to provide supportive services to the developmentally
disabled;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County
Board of Supervisors supports the application of Community Living
Centers to the California Department of Housing and Community
Development for funds that are available for permanent housing
for the homeless.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 26thday of January , 1988, by the following vote:
Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Butte County Hoard of
Supervisors supports the application of Community Living Centers
to the California Department of Housing and Community Development
for funds that are available for permanent housing for the
homeless.
