RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING BUTTE COUNTY CODE,
ARTICLE 15, SECTIONS 14--100 THROUGH 14-104,
SPECIFYING PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR THE
BUTTE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT NORTH PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte find that
the following parking restrictions for the Butte County Superior Court north
parking lot would further the efficient conduct of county business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. Pursuant to Sutte County Code Section 14-100 through 14-104, the
following parking restrictions are hereby imposed for the
offstreet parking lot on the north side of the Butte County
Superior Court, One Court Street, Oroville, California.
2. At the entrance to the north parking lot there shall be a sign
clearly visible and legible to persons driving vehicles into the
parking lot, which sign shall read as follows:
"PERMIT PARKING ONLY.
Parking spaces are being designated for permit parking and
will be controlled by the Butte County Superior Court.
Violators will be cited pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 14-102 and 14-103."
3. The parking spaces are hereby designated by the attached map.
a. The yellow curb area is designated for delivery vehicles.
b. All other parking spaces are designated as permit parking
spaces, such permits to be issued and controlled by the
Butte County Superior Court.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
this 2nd day of February, 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chairman McInturf
NOES: Supervisor Fulton
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
