Resolufion No. 88-016
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA
N0. 104 - BLACK OAK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title ITT, Division 11, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the'
Government Code of the State of California, Webb Homes has petitioned the Local
Agency Formation Commission for the formation of County Service Area No. 104; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Butte has
approved the formation of County Service Area No. 104.
NOW, THEREFORE, TT TS HEREBY RESOLVED that County Service Area No. I04
is proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the
unincorporated area of Butte County.
1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the
county service area are described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof by this reference.
2. The county service area shall be called County Service Area No. 104
(Black Oak Subdivision). The types of extended services to be provided are street
lighting, storm drainage and sewer pump station maintenance.
3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for the above-
mentioned services in County Service Area No. 104. The service charge will be
assessed in accordance with Government Code Section 25210.77(1) and the Butte
County Code, Sections 21-85 through 21-90. Said service charge will not be
assessed until review and adoption of a report to be considered at a public
hearing scheduled for the 87/88 fiscal year.
On April 5 , 1988, at 11:00 a.m.. in the Board of Supervisors' Room,
County Administration Center, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, California, a public
hearing will be held on the establishment of said area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this
23rd day of .February, 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chairman McInturf

All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte,
State of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lots 45, 46 and 52 as the same are shown on that
certain map entitled, "Fourth Subdivision of the John Bidwell
Rancho", filed in the Office of the County Recorder, of the
County of Butte, State of California, in Book 5, at Page 26,
and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Holly
Avenue and the centerline of West.Twelfth Avenue;
THENCE along the centerline of West Twelfth Avenue, North
60°59'27" East, a distance of 535.19 feet;
THENCE leaving the centerline of West Twelfth Avenue, North
28°58'00" West, a distance of 30.00 feet, to the True Point of
Beginning, said point lying on the North right-of--way line of
West Twelfth Avenue;
THENCE North 28°58'00" West, a distance of 115.00 feet;
THENCE North 39°11.'52" East,a distance of 80.81 feet;
THENCE North 60°59'27" East,a distance of 380.00 feet;
THENCE North 28°58'00" West, a distance of 926.98 feet to a
paint on the South right-of-way line of West Lindo Avenue, and
a point on a curve having a tangent bearing at said paint, of
South 36°08'55" West, said curve being concave to the
Southeast;
THENCE along said right-of-way line and said curve to the left
having a radius of 970.00 feet, through a central angle of
O1°26'23", an arc length of 24.37 feet;
THENCE continuing along said right-of-way Line, Sauth
34°42'32" West, a distance of 165.74 feet, to the beginning of
a tangent curve to the right, said curve being concave to the
Northwest;
THENCE along said right-of-way line and curve having a radius
of 480.00 feet, through a central angle of 18°50'28", an arc

THENCE continuing along said right-of-way line, South

a tangent curve to the left, said curve being concave to the
