RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA
N0. 105 - OAK WAY SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title III, Division II, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the
Government Code of the State of California, Craig Donalson has petitioned the Local
Agency Formation Commission for the formation of County Service Area No. 105; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Butte has
approved the formation of County Service Area No. 105.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that County Service Area No. 105 is
proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the
unincorporated area of Butte County.
1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the
county service area are described in Exhibit '°A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof by this reference.
2. Tha county service area shall be called County Service Area No. 105
(Oak Way Subdivision). The types of extended services to be provided are street
lighting and storm drainage maintenance.
3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for the above-
mentioned services in County Service Area No. 105. The service charge will be
assessed in accordance with Government Code Section 25210.77(1) and the Butte
County Code, Sections 21-85 through 21-90. Said service charge will not be
assessed until review and adoption of a report to be considered at a public
hearing scheduled for the 87/88 fiscal year.
On April 5 , 1988, at 11:15 a.m. , in tl-ie Board of Supervisors' Room,
County Administration Genter, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, Galifornia, a public
hearing will be held on the establishment of said area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this
23rd day of February 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Mchaughlin, Uercruse and Chairman McInturf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None

All that certain real property situate in the
County of Butte, State of Caiifo~'nia, more particularly
described as follocas:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Oak
Way and Glenwood Avenue;
Thence East along the centerline of Oak Way a
distance of 497.59 feet;
Thence South 00°02'36" East a distance of 30.00
feet to a point on the Southerly line of Oak Way,
being the True Point of Beginning for the herein
described parcel;
Thence East along the Southerly line of Oak Way a
distance of 472.53 feet;
Thence leaving said Southerly line South 00°02'36"
East a distance of 465.17 feet;
Thence South 89°S7'27" West a distance of 472.53
feet;
Thence North 00°02'36" West a distance of 465.53
feet to the True Point of Beginning and containing an
area of 5.05 acres, more or less.
