HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-018-w; '*: BQARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF" BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ,.~ Resolution RESOLUTION OF 2NTENTTON TO ESTABLTSH COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 106 - COUNTRYSIDE ESTATES SUBDTVTSTON No. 88-018 WHEREAS, pursuant to Title III, Division II, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the Government Code of the State of California, Webb Homes has petitioned the Local Agency Formation Commission for the formation of County Service Area No. 106; and WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Butte has approved the formation of County Service Area No. 106. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that County Service Area No. 106 is proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area of Butte County. 1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the county service area are described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. 2. The county service area shall be called County Service Area No. 106 (Countryside Estates Subdivision). The types of extended services to be provided are storm drainage, street lighting and a sealed sewer system. 3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for the above- mentioned services in County Service Area No. 106. The service charge will be assessed in accordance with Government Code Section 25210.77(1) and the Butte County Code, Sections 21-85 through 21-90. Said service charge will not be assessed until review and adoption of a report to be considered at a public hearing scheduled for the 87/88 fiscal year. On April 5 , 1988, at 11:30 a.m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Room, County Administration Center, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, California, a public hearing will be held on the establishment of said area. 'p~p All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California, described as follows: A portion of Lot 5 of the Evans Tract as shown on that certain map recorded an November 15, 1894 in Book 3 of Maps at Page 67, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Shasta Avenue and the centerline of Top Hand Court; THENCE along the centerline of Shasta Avenue, South 52°].4'46" West, a distance of 175.02 feet; THENCE leaving the centerline of Shasta Avenue, South 37°45'14" East, a distance of 30.00 feet, to the True Point of Beginning, said point lying an the Southeast right-of-way line of Shasta Avenue; THENCE South 37°46'30" East, a distance of 630.68 feet; THENCE South 52°14'23" West, a distance of 660.59 feet; THENCE North 37°47'42" West, a distance of 475.76 feet: THENCE North 52°14'46" East, a distance of 465.77 feet; THENCE North 37°47'00" West, a distance of 135.01 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the South; THENCE along said curve concave to the South having a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle of 89°58'14", an arc length of 31.41 feet, to a paint on the Southeast right--of-way lane of Shasta Avenue; THENCE along said Southeast right-of-way line of Shasta Avenue, North 52°14'46" East, a distance of 215.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; The above described parcel contains 7.91 acres, mare or less. ~~ ~~ .
