RESOLUTTON AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS N0. 48 AND N0. 49
TO MASTER AGREEMENT N0. 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXTENSION OF OPHIR ROAD FROM LINCOLN BOULEVARD
TO LOWER WYANDOTTE ROAD
FAU PROJECT N0. M-V363(001)
FAS PROJECT N0. RS-V363(001)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplements No. 48 and No. 49 to Master
Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chairman
of the Board be authorized to execute said supplements on behalf of said County.
Supplements No. 48 and No. 49 cover the construction of the extension of Ophir
Road from Lincoln Boulevard to Lower Wyandotte Road, FAU Project No. M-V363(001)
and FAS Project No. RS-V363(001).
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copies of this
Resolution to Program Supplements No. 48 and No. 49.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, this 1st day of March 1988, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chairman McInturf
