RESOLUTION FOR 1988-89
COUNTY JUSTICE SYSTEM SUBVENTION
PROGRAM APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the California Youth Authority has been
authorized by the Legislature to review applications for
participation in the County Justice System Subvention
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that all County Justice
System Subvention Program funding requests in the County's
application as approved on April 19, 1988, will be spent for
purposes as set forth in Section 1806 (a) of the Welfare and
Institutions Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 19th day of April, 1988, by the following
vote:
AYES; Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse and
Chairman Niclnturf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
