HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-050~~: B~ARb OF SUPERVISORS m *' ~ ,` ~ ' '~~ CQUNTY- OF $UTTE,- STATE OF CALiFORtvIA F .'~, . _. ,,t~',0 gg_ 050 ~ + Resoluf~on No. RESOLUTION ABANDONING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT This matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on May 3, 1.988, in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence,,both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described Drainage Easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.- NOW, T~iEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. That the drainage easement situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described is hereby abandoned pursuant to Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the California Streets and Highways Code (commencing with Section 8320) and Health & Safety Code Section 5400. _ _~3~~~ ~~ 2. That said easement so abandoned is situated at the northwest corner of South Park Drive and Andover Drive in the Paradise Pines area of the County of Butte, State of California, and described as follows: DRAINAGE EASEMENT AP 66-08-36 Being a portion of Section 36 and 25, T23, R3E M.D.M., and more particularly described as follows: A11 of Lot "A" as delineated on that certain parcel map of "Paradise Pines Country Club Estates, Unit No. 1," Recorded in Book of Maps 38 at page 60 in the office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California. Containing an area of 2.068 acres. Said Map showing the Drainage Easement abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County Department of Fublic Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California. - 88-13941 3, That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
