CONTRACT N0. 87-RDAP-042 RE RURAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has been notified of
a grant award in the amount of $21,500 from the State Department of Housing
and Community Development as part of a Rural Development Assistance Program
!RDAP).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors as follows:
1. The Butte County Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby
approves Contract No. 87-RDAP-042.
2. The Butte County Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby
agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of Contract No. 87-RDAP-042.
3. The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to
act on behalf of the County of Butte to accept the grant in the amount of
$21,500 and to enter into and sign all necessary documents required to
complete the grant transaction, including the grant agreement and any
subsequent approved amendments thereto.
4. The Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorized the
Chief Administrative Officer to perform any and all responsibilities in
relationship to the approved agreement, including preparing, signing, and
transmitting reports, requests for funds, and any other required
administrative documentation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
17th day of Ma:y.:, 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chairman McInturf
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
NOT VOTING: None
