I, Resolufion No. 88-073
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVTSORS
TO EXECUTE CONTRACT AMENDMENT N0. 2 of the 1985-86 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CONTRACT, WHICH EXTENDS THE GRANT
CLOSEOUT DATE FROM MARCH 31, 1988, TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1988
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is administering Community Development Block
Grant No. 85-STBG-138; and
WHEREAS, construction and grant closeout were to be completed by March 3i,
1988; and
WHEREAS, completion of construction and grant closeout were not attainable
on that date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Butte enter into a con-
tract amendment to Contract No. 85-STBG-138 with the State of California whereby
the construction completion and grant closeout date be extended to September 30,
1988.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte is hereby authorized and directed to execute the contract
amendment and the Director of Public Works is authorized and directed to act on
behalf of the County in alI matters pertaining to this contract amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, this
7th day of June , 1988, by the following vote:
