RESOLUTION APPROVING CAREER OPPORTUNITIES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Butte County Department of Social Services is
an authorized department of the County of Butte:
BE IT RESOLVED, that by the Board meeting of June 21, 1988
the Butte County Board of Supervisors approved and authorized the
Butte County Department of Social Welfare to participate in an
agreement with the State Personnel Board for the Career
Opportunities Development Program from April 1, 1988 through
January 30, 1989; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that at the above mentioned Board
meeting, the Chair/Vice-Chairman of the Board of Supervisors has
been authorized and directed to execute Agreements for and on behalf
of the Department and the County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of June, 1988 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Mclaughlin and Vercruse
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chairman McInturf
NOT VOTING: None E
