RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY
SERVICE AREA N0. 112 - YOUNG & HOBART
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title III, Division II, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the
Government Code of the State of California, Forrest B. Young and Hobart Development
Co., Inc., have petitioned the Local. Agency Formation Commission for formation of
County Service Area No. 112; and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Butte has
approved the formation of County Service Area No. 112.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that County Service Area No. 112 is
proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincor-
porated area of Butte County.
1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the
county service area are described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof by this reference.
2. The county service area shall be called County Service Area No. 112
(Young & Hobart). The types of extended county services to be provided are sewer
line maintenance, storm drainage maintenance, and street lighting.
3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for the abovemen-
tinned services in County Service Area No. 112. The service charge will be assessed
in accordance with Government Code §25210.77(1) and the Butte County Code, Sections
21-85 through 21-90. Said service charge will not be assessed until review and adop-
tion of a report to be considered at a public hearing scheduled for the 88/89 fiscal
year.
On September 27 , 1988, at 11:15 a,m, in the Board of Supervisors° Room,
County Administration Center, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, California, a public
hearing will be held on the establishment of said area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this 23rd
day of August 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Mc~aughlin, Vercruse and Chairman McTnturf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None

All that certain teal property situate in the County of :Butte, State
of California more particularly described as follows;
A PORTION of Lot l9 of THE IiOBART SUBDIVISION in Section 10, Township
2z North, Range 1 East, M.D.B. & M. as shown on that certain Parcel
Map recorded in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of
California, on November 7, 1904 in Book 4 of Maps at page 24, more
particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Lot 19; thence along
the Westerly line of said Lot 19 North 37°57' 42" West, a distance of
197.00 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line North 51°56' 44" East,.
a distance of 63_(#.11 feet to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line
of Norseman Avenue; thence along said Westerly Right-of-Way line
Booth 38° 03' 16" East, a distance of 197.00 feet to a point on the
Southerly line of said Lot 19; thence along said Southerly line South
