RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Notice of Its Intention to rename the
private road shown below be posted as required by Streets and Highways Code §970.5
and that on October 4 lg 88 at 11:30 a.m. in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the
subject of the progosed name change:

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 13th
day of September 1988, by the following vote:
