RESOLUTION ADOPTING CHICO URBAN AREA
STREET FACILITY IMPROVEMENT FEE SCHEDULE
PURSUANT TO BUTTE COUNTY CODE SECTION 10-33
WHEREAS, on August 16, 1988 the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, adopted Ordinance No.
2695 adding Article IV entitled "Chico Urban Area Street Facility
Improvement Fees" to Chapter 10 of the Butte County Code; and
WHEREAS, said Article IV authorized the assessment and
levying of a Street Facility Improvement Fee upon the owners of
real property located in the unincorporated area of the County of
Butte within the Chico Urban Area; and
WHEREAS, Section LO-33 contained in said Article IV
provides that the Street Facility Improvement Fees assessed and
levied shall be in accordance with a fee schedule adopted by
Resolution of the Board of Supervisors and based upon specified
factors; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to adopt the
fee schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A pursuant to said
authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors that the Chico Urban Area Street Facility Improvement
Fee Schedule as set out in Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by
this reference. is hereby adopted pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 10-33.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 13th day of September 1988, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Vercruse and Chairman McInturf
NOES: Supervisor McLaughlin
ABSENT: Supervisor Fulton
NOT VOTING: None

CHTCO URBAN AREA STREET FACILITY IMPROVEMENT FEES
Except as exempted by Butte County Code Section 10-36, the
following fees shall be applicable as to all projects of the
types specified in Butte County Code Section 10-32 for which
application is made to the County of Butte for a permit on and
after September 1'6, 1988.
A. Residential Units
1. Single Family $1,331/unit
2. Multiple Family 804/unit
3. Mobile Hame 602/unit
4. Retirement Community 413/unit
B. Non-Residential Develo ment ,
Z. Retail Commercial $1.75/sq.ft.
2. Office Commercial .29/sq.ft.
