RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PORTION OF A COUNTY ROAD
AND A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Notice of Its Intention to rename the
portion of the County road and the private road shown below be posted as required
by Streets and Highways Code §970.5 and that on October 18 19 S8,
at 11:00 a.m.in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building,
Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the subject of the proposed name changes:

Termini
Portion of Vilas Road Cohasset Road to Gates Road Mud Creek Road
Gates Road Vilas Road to Musty Buck Road Mud Creek Road
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
20th day of September 19 88, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton and Chairman McInturf
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors McLaughlin and Vercruse
NOT VOTING: None.
