HomeMy WebLinkAbout88-135~, ~r ~`,.• ~'~.. ~~ ----~.-,.--i ~44~ ~~i+~,..~ BOARD 4F SUPERVISORS :~: =~- ** ~ ~'f: COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF GAI:IFORNIA ~~'~ •~+"""'A~~~~ Resolufiott No. gg_135 errs^rA+ RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLTSH COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 113 - PLEASANT VALLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, pursuant to Title TTT, Division IT, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the Government Code of the State of California, Mary Coulter has petitioned the Local Agency Formation Commission for formation of County Service Area No. 113; and WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the Gounty of Butte has approved the formation of County Service Area No. 113. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that County Service Area No. 113 is proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area of Butte County. 1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the county service area are described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. 2. The county service area shall be called County Service Area No. 113 (Pleasant Valley 2ndustrial Park). The types of extended services to be provided are storm drainage maintenance and street lighting. 3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for the above- mentioned services in County Service Area No. 113. The service charge will be assessed in accordance with Gover:uhent Code Section 25210.77(1) and the Butte County Code, Sections 21-85 through 21-90. Said service charge will not be assessed until review and adoption of a report to be considered at a public hearing scheduled for the 88/89 fiscal year. On October 25, 1988, at 11:00 d. m. , in the Board of Supervisors' Room, County Administration Center, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, California, a public hearing will be held on the establishment of said area.
