Resolution No. s8-159
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors, Ccunty of Butte,
State of California that the Butte County Major Corrections Needs
Assessment and Master Siting Plan dated September 8, 1988 as
prepared by the Institute for Law and Policy Planning is hereby
approved, and further the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby
directed to submit four (4) copies of the Needs Assessment and
Siting Plan to the State Board of Corrections.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors this 18th day
of October, 1988 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chairman
