AND A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has duly held hearings regarding the
renaming of the following roads in the Chico area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
That said road name changes as hereinafter described will be effective on
the date of adoption of this resolution.

Portion of Vilas Road (Cohasset Road to Gates Road ) Mud Creek Road
Gates Road (Vilas Road to Musty Buck Road) Mud Creek Road
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 18th
day of OctOher 19~_, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, Vercruse and Chairman McIntur-F
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McLaughlin
NOT VOTING: None
