RESOLDTION OF THE BIITTE COIINTY BOARD OF SIIPERVISORS
MODIFYING OFFICE HOURS - COIINTY CLERK'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has
recognized a need to modify office hours in certain departments
to achieve efficiencies utilizing existing staff; and
WH~RAG~ Ordinance No. 2241 provides that the Board of
Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours
which a department will be open to public business transactions;
and
WHEREAS, the County Clerk has requested that the office
hours of the County Clerk's Office be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Clerk's
Office hours be changed to be open to the general public from
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, on regular business days.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 25th day of Octo6.er 1988, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse and
Chairman McI'nturf
NOES: pdone
ABSENT: NONE
NOT VOTING: None
