Resolufion No. 88-173
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte as follows:
SECTIOAT I.
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves
an application for (Activity 002B, Amendment request to continue
funding for Economic Development Services £or 1988--89 for $55,000;
and Activity 004, Gridley Industrial Specific Plan for $35,000);
SECTION 2.
The Board of Supervisors agrees to comply with all assurances
executed in connection with the application and, if awarded, the
grant.
SECTION 3
The Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and
directed to act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining
to this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte held on November 15, 1988
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Vercruse, McLaughlin, Fulton, and Chair McTnturf
NOES: None
ABSENT:Nane
