RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Board of
Supervisors approve Department of Health Services Contract
No. 88-T0241 and that the Chairman of the Board of
Supervisors be and is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on the 22nd day of November, 1988, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dalan, Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse
