RESOLUTION REDUCING
HOURS FOR ASSESSORS OFFICE
RECEIVING INCOMING TELEPHONE CALLS
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2-1 requires the Board
of Supervisors to adopt a resolution modifying hours in which
county offices will be open for transaction of business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that incoming telephone calls to the Butte County
Assessor's Office will be accepted between the hours of 10:00 a.m.
and 3:00 p.m.. Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and between 3:00
p.m. and 5:00 p.m., a telephone answering device will advise the
public of these new hours.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1988,
by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair~an McInturf
NOES : gone
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
NOT VOTING: Done
