RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
ESTABLISHING FILING FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT CODE SEC. 68090
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors may,
within 90 days preceding odd numbered years, revise the amounts to
be charged as total. filing fees in the courts; and
WHEREAS, the Clerks of the Municipal Courts in Butte
County have recommended an increase not to exceed six percent (6',K}
over existing fees; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors may adopt such fees by
resolution which, when approved, shall be forwarded to the Judicial
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the following Clerks'
filing fees for North County Municipal Court and South County
Municipal Court be approved:
