COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
CONTRACT NO. 88-RDAP-059
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors, County of
Butte, as follows:
SECTION 1.
The County of Butte has reviewed and hereby approves
Contract No. 88-RDAP-p59.
Section 2.
The County of Butte has reviewed and hereby agrees to
comply with all terms and conditions of Contract No. 88-RDAP-059.
Section 3.
The Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to
act on behalf of the County of Butte to accept the grant in the
amount of $5,000 and to enter into and sign all necessary documents
required to complete the grant transaction, including the Standard
Agreement and any subsequent approved amendments thereto.
Section 4.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby
authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to perform any and all
responsibilities in relationship to the approved Agreement,
including preparing, signing, and transmitting reports, Requests
for Funds, and any other required administrative documentation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 24thday of JanUdry 1989, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Mcinturf, Vercruse and Chairman Fulton
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisors Dolan and McLaughlin
NOT VOTING: None
