RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL EXCESS PROPERTY
IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE I~ RURAL DEVELOPMENT ACT 1972 PL 92-419
FOR INCORPORATED FIRE AGENCIESI
WHEREAS, there is a need for Federal Excess Property to help fight
wildland, rural, structure or other fires in the County of Butte, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte accepts the agreement between the State of California,
Department of Forestry and the County of Butte Fire Department for the loan of
Federal Excess Property, and, authorizes the Chairman to sign the agreement
for the Board of 5upervisars.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
31st day of January, 1989 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, Vercruse and Chairman Fulton
NOES: None
ABSENT• Supervisor McLaughlin
NOT VOTING: None
