STATE OF CALIFORNIA : tii : A r, ,• , 9 ~ ~~ ` """"" ~~_~' l~nrrwl Kesolufion No. 89-012 ~ RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 115 - PEARMAN SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, pursuant to Title III, Division II, Part 2, Chapter 3 of the Government Code of the State of California, the County of Butte has petitioned the Local Agency Formation Commission for formation of County Service Area No. 115; and WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Butte has approved the formation of County Service Area No. 115. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that County Service Area No. 115 is proposed to be established under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated area of Butte County. 1. The boundary lines of the territories proposed for inclusion in the county service area are described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. 2. The county service area shall be called County Service Area No. 115 - Pearman Subdivision. This type of extended county services to be provided within the area are storm drainage maintenance and street lighting. 3. The Board intends to levy a service charge to pay for the abovementioned services in County Service Area No. 115. The service charge will be assessed in accordance with Government Code No. 25210.77 (1) and the Butte County Code, Section 21-85 through 21-90. Said service charge will be assessed until review and adoption of a report to be considered as a public hearing scheduled for the 89/90 fiscal year. On March 21, 1989 11:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors' Room, County Administration Center, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, California, a public hearing will be held on the establish of said area.
