INCREASING COUNTY CLERK/SUPERIOR COURT LAW LIBRARY FEES
WHEREAS, Business and Professions Cnde Section 63322.1(a)
provides that the Board of Supervisors may increase the costs
provided in Section 6921 and 6322 to not more than twelve dollars
($12) for each event therein described whenever it shall determine
that the increase is necessary to defray the expenses of the law
library.
WHEREAS, Business and Professions Code Section 6322.1(c)
provides that any increase in costs of law library fees in any
county shall not be effective until January 1 of the year next
following adoption by the Board of Supervisors of such increase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the filing fee
components for the Sutte County Clerk/Superior Court filings shall
be and are hereby adopted as follows effective January 1, 1990.
(a) Clerk's Fee (Complaints - Civil - Probate) $77
(b) Clerk's Fee (Dissolutions) $78
(c) Court Reporter Fee $18
(d) Conciliation Court (Family Law only) $22
(e) Law Library $12
(f) Judge's Retirement $ 3
(g) Micrographics Fund $ 1
(h) Family Law only ($2 Clerk/$2 State) $ 4
(i) Alternative Dispute Resolution $ 3
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution
shall be forwarded forthwith to the Judicial Oouncil.
PASSED AND AD6PTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California this 28th day of
February, 1989 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Mclnturf, McLaughlin,
Vercruse and Chairman Fulton
