Kesolution No. 89-031
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ESTABLISHING OFFICE
HOURS FOR THE AGRICULTURAT, COMMTSSIDNER
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2251 provides that the Butte
County Board of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those
office hours which a department will be open to public business
transactions; and
WHEREAS, the Soard of Supervisors has accepted the
Agricultural Commissioner's recommendation to reduce the
Agricultural Commissioner's office hours open to the general public
on regular business days in order to accomplish a more efficient
and effective use of certificated agricultural biologist staff and
clerical staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Agricultural
Commissioner's office hours far public access will be as follows:
Chico Office
8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Gridley Office
8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday
Oroville Office
8:00 to 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California this 14th day of March, 1989
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors nolan, McInturf, Vercruse and Chairman Fulton
Noss : None
ABSENT: Supervisor McLaughlin
