Resolution No. 89-048
RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE
CHICO DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE HOURS
WHEREAS, the Butte County Code Article I, Section 2-1., Office
Hours, generally states that County offices shall be open every day
except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
for the transaction of business.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors may, by resolution, specify
those hours during which individual departments will be open to the
public other than as specified above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors
authorize the District Attorney to close the Chico District Attorney's
Office from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays and to restrict
telephone calls to the office to 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mondays through
Fridays.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte this 18th day of April, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Mclnturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and
Chairman Fulton
