RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTX
BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Notice of Its Intention to rename the
private road shown below be posted as required by Streets and Highways Code §970.5
and that on June 6
19 89 at 11:00 a.m, in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administrative Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be
held on the subject of the proposed name changes:

Ian Lee Circle Kelly Ridge Road to Kelly Ridge Road Segura Drive
Moe Lane Ian Lee Circle to Ian Lee Circle Calumet Drive
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 25th
day of April 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Oolan, McInturf, Vercruse and Vice Chairman McLaughlin
