RESOLU'T'ION IN APPRECIATION OF BESSIE ROBILLARD HIRONIMUS
WHEREAS, Bessie Robillard Hironimus was born and raised
in Lima, Peru and in 1969 she married and moved to California;
and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Hironimus is a graduate of St. Bernardita
Business College and the Peruvian Institute of Entrepreneurs where
she majored in Business Administration and the languages of
Spanish, English, German and Italian; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Hironiums has been employed with the Butte
County Assessor's Office for sixteen years and currently holds the
position of advanced real estate appraiser; and
WHEREAS, in addition to pursuing educational and occupational
excellence, as well as raising two lovely children, Mrs. Hironimus
has given unselfishly of her own free time to participate in a
number of professional and community associations including Butte
Caunty Board of Education, California County Boards of Education
Association, California School Boards Association, the Oroville
Soroptomist International, Oroville Dollars for Scholars
Foundation, Oroville Chamber of Commerce, Butte County Employees
Association, the California Elected Womens' Association for
Education Research, the Business and Professional Women (BPW)/USA,
deversity Task Force member and President elect of the California
Federation of Business and Professional Women; and
WHEREAS, because of Mrs. Hironimus's leadership, motivation
and personal drive she has made our communities better places in
which to live and work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Butte County Board
of Supervisors, on its awn behalf, and on behalf of the citizens
of Butte County, expresses a sincere appreciation for the unselfish
dedication and outstanding service rendered to the citizens of our
County, State and Nation.

2nd day of May, 1989, by the following vote:
