RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Notice of Its Intention to rename the
private road shown below be posted as required by Streets and Highways Code 5970.5
and that on June 27 1989, at 11:00 a.m. in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administrative Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be
held on the subject of the proposed name change:
Existing Name Termini Proposed Name
Anderson Slough Road Cohasset Road to End North Point Road
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23rd
day of May 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, McLaughlin, McInturf and Fulton
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Uercruse
NOT VOTING: None
