COUNTY JUSTICE SYSTEM SUBVENTION
PROGRAM APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Califnrnia Ynuth Authority has been
authorized by the Legislature to review applications for
participation in the County Justice System Subvention Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that all County Justice System
Subvention Program funding requests in the County's application as
approved on May 23, 1989, will be spent for purposes as set forth
in Section 1806 (a} of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California this 23rd day of May, 1989 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Qo:lan, McInturf, Vercruse and Chairman Fulton
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McLaughlin
NoT voTING: None ~
