RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
TO E%ECUTE ON BEHALF OF BUTTE COUNTY APPLICATIONS FOR STATE-LOCAL
TRANSPORTATION DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM FUNDS (SB 140 CHAPTER 24 STATUTE`S OF 1988)
FOR VARIOUS BUTTE COUNTY ROAD PRO.]ECrS
WHEREAS, the County of Butte intends to make application for partial State
funding for various road reconstruction projects; and
WHEREAS, all applications must be executed by a representative of the
County authorized to execute said applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that the Director o£ Public Works of Butte County is authorized to executed
on behalf of Butte County all Applications for State-Local Transportation Demonstration
Program Funds (SB 140 Chapter 24 Statutes of 1988)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 20th day of June 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Mclnturf, McLaughlin and Chairman Fulton
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors Dolan and Vercruse
NOT VOTING: None
