FOR COUNTY OF BUTTE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-1990
AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 7910, DIUISION 9,
OF THE CALIFORNIA GOUERNMENT CODE
WHEREAS, Article X.III-B of the California Constitution provides that
local governments must establish annual appropriations limits pursuant
to said Article, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code, provides
that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution,
establish its appropriations limit for the following year at a regularly
scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the Butte County
appropriations limit for fiscal year 1989-1990 to be $3b,509,351.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appropriations limit for
Butte County is established to be $35,509,351 for fiscal year 1989-1990, and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limits, and the determination
thereof are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the California Constitution.
