RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REDUCED OFFICE HOUR SCHEDULE
AT THE PARADISE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICE
WHEREAS, Section 2-1 of the Butte County Code germits the
Board of Supervisors to specify those hours during which individual
departments will be open to the public; and
WHEREAS, a prolonged staffing vacancy 3n the Paradise
Environmental Health Office has resulted in a backlog of work; and
WHEREAS, reduced office hours will allow the current
staff to catch up on the backlog of paperwork and calls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that effective June 27, 1989 a reduced office hour
schedule shall be in effect at the Paradise Environmental Health
Office. The office will remain open to the public from 8:00 a.m.
to 2:00 p.m. This change will be effective until the staff vacancy
in the Paradise Office is filled.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Sutte, State of California this 2Tth day of June, 1989
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, A1cLaughlin and Chair Fulton
NOES : None
ABSENT:Supervisors Dolan and Vercruse
NOT VOTING : None
