RESOLUTION SUPERCEDING RESOLUTION
ADOPTED ON JUNE 20. 1989
WHEREAS, Butte County resolution no. 89-094, CSA No. 122
(fire protection services) which was adopted on June 20, 1989 by
the Butte County Board of Supervisors setting a public hearing date
for July 11, 1989 at 10:30 a.m., and
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said public
hearing date of July 11, 1989 be vacated and a new public hearing
date be set.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board o£
Supervisors on this 27th day of June, 1989 by the following vote:
