RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Notice of its Intention to rename the
private road shown below be posted as required by Streets and Highways Code 970.5
and that on August 15 19 89 at 11:00 a.m._ in the Board
Chambers, Butte County Administrative Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be
held on the subject of the proposed name Change:

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 18th
