RE54LUTION ABANDONING A PUBLiC UTILITY EASEMENT
This matter came on regularly fnr hearing before the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
JUIv 18 1989, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that notice of the time and place of the hearing on the
petition for abandonment of public utility easement in question was
duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and
evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter
described public utility easement is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
~ of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described, is hereby abandoned pursuant to Chapter 3 of Part 3 of
Division 9 of the California Streets and Highways Codes (commencing
with Section 8320).

2. That said public utility easement so abandoned is that o
certain 10-fnot public utility light and air easement lying within Q

the N.E. quarter of Section 28, T19N, R4E, M.D.B.M., as shown on ~
the map of Carriage Manor recorded in Book 66 Maps of Record at ~
Pages 48 and 49, County of Butte, State of California, more d
ct
particularly described as follows:
Being that certain 10 font Public Utility, Light and Air
Easement lying 5 feet on each side of, parallel with and
contiguous to the lot line common to Lots 55 and 56 of
said Carriage Manor, commencing at the northwest lot
corner of said lot 55; thence south along the said common
lot line 10 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
continuing south along said common lot line 63 feet to
a point, said point lies 5 feet north of the southwest
corner or said Lot 55 and the end of the described
easement.

Said Map showing the public utility easement so abandoned is
on file in the Office of Butte County Department of Public Works,
7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California 95965.
3. That the clerk of this Board shall cause a certified copy
of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Sutte County Board of Supervisors
this i8th day of Jury 1989, by the following
vote;
