BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that Notice of Its Intention to
rename the private road shown below be posted as required by
Streets and Highways Code Section 970.5 and that on September 26,
1989, at 11:00 a.m. in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administrative Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the
subject of the proposed name change:
Existing Name Termini Proposed Name
Ponderosa Way Highway 70 to Rim Road Andy Mountain Road
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall rescind and
supersede resolution no. 89-117 heretofore adopted by the Board on
August 15, 1989.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 29th day of August, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Dolan, Vercruse, Mclaughlin and Chairman Fulton
NOES: None
