AMENDING RESOLUTION 81-18i
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1981, the Butte County Board of
Supervisors adopted Resolution 81-182, whioh resolution adopted
Environmental Review Guidelines; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the Environmental
Review Guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that the
amended Environmental Review Guidelines, attached hereto as Exhibit
"A", is hereby adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on the 29thiay of August, 1.989, by the following vote:
AYES• Supervisors Dolan, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and
• Chairman Fulton

ABSENT: None
