HomeMy WebLinkAbout89-139" 1 ^r ~- -~•- t t I -1~ sy~ ~hz~,.~`' 1`tB'OAR'D aF SUPERVISORS a ,i *~ , ',~ .;~.; COUNTY OF BUTTE, :STATE OF .CALIFORNIA. ~,,.. ~ -~ , ~2esolufion No. 89-139 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FES FOR THE REVIEW AND PROCESSING OF A PRIVATE ROAD NAi+lE CHANGE WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has the responsibility for reviewing and processing all road name changes in connection with all private roads in Butte County; and WHEREAS, expenses for these services are not of general benefit to the public and should be borne by the individuals benefitting therefrom; and WHEREAS, a public hearing having been held pursuant to California Government Code Section 5499.1, it is determined necessary to assess a fee to pay for expenses incurred in providing such services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors hereby establishes and directs the Department of Public Works to collect a fee in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($106.00) for said services; and BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be effective the 19th day of September, 1989.
