RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD CF SUPERVISORS ESTABLTSHTNG OFFTCE
HOURS FOR THE PUBLIC GUARDIAN/PUBLIC ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2251 provides that the Butte
County Board of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those
hours which a department will be open to public business transactions;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has accepted the Public
Guardian's recommendation to reduce the Public Guardian/Public
Administrator Department's office hours open to the general ptiblic
on regular business days in order to facilitate the processing of
documents in an efficient and timely manner. 1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Publie Guardian/
Public Administrator office hours for public access will be from
9:00 a.m. to x.:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excepting legal
holidays.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
on this 3rd day of October , 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors hlcTnturf, Dolan, Vercruse, McLaughlin & Chairman Fulton
NOES: None
