WHEREAS, this Board has grieved to learn of the death of
MICHAEL DEAN STULTZ, and
WHEREAS, MICHAEL DEAN STULTZ served the people of the
County of Butte with distinction as a member of the Butte County's
Sheriff Department since November 1986.
WHEREAS, MICHAEL DEAN STULTZ has served in the United
States Air Force.
WHEREAS, MICHAEL DEAN STULTZ was active in the Paradise
chapter of E Clampus Vitus.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California as follows:
1. That said Board hereby memorializes its appreciation
of the services rendered to the County of Butte by MICHAEL DEAN
STULTZ during his short lifetime.
2. That the condolences and heartfelt sympathy of this
Board are extended to his wife Shannon; his son, Joshua; and his
daughter, Jessica.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 3rd day of October, 1989 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Dolan, Vercruse, McLaughlin & Chairman Fulton
