HomeMy WebLinkAbout89-178 RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO JUDGES PRO TEMPORE OF THE SOUTH BUTTE COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT WHEREAS, duly licensed attorneys with at least five years experience may, with the concurrence of the South Butte County Municipal Court and the parties to the litigation, sit as Judges Pro Tempore of the Municipal Court; and WHEREAS, Judges Pro Tempore volunteer their time to the court, and bring their experience and expertise to the Municipal Court; and WHEREAS, Judges Pro Tempore provide a service and a financial saving that is beneficial to the citizens of Buttes County and the Court; and WHEREAS, M. MICHAEL MORAN, attorney at law, has presided during 1989 as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Butte County Municipal Court, South Butte County Judicial District (Oroville). NOW, THEREFORE, HE YT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that they hereby express their sincere appreciation to M.
