1; The Hoard of Supervisors of the Ccunty of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:

That Section 3 of Butte County Ordinance No. 847 is hereby
3 amended in the following particulars:
¢ SECTIOi~i. 3. ADDITIO~iAL USES PER!~iITTED:
5' 3.1 `'C-1" (Light Commercial - business conducted inside of
building) uses are permitted as delineated on map as described for
'gl the area in Section 1 which have frontage on East Avenue.
7 3.2 "R-4" (Professional & business offices and multiple
dwellings, excluding trailers) are permitted as delineated on map
g as described for the area shown in Section 1 which have frontage
on Cohasset Road, :~:ast .Favenue, Ceanothus Avenue or i~lanzanita, avenue

3.3 "R°3" (rvlultiple Family Dwe:.llings, excluding trailers) are
10 permitted as delineated on map as described for the area in Sectior
1, for the italland Estates Subdivision.

3.4 All uses permitted in Subsections 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 are
12 subject to off-street parking requirements as required by the
Planning Commission. The parking requirements for light commercia~
13 and professional and business offices shall be on the basis of two
(2) square feet for each square foot of gross floor space. The
14 marking requirements for multiple dwellings shall be on the basis
of one (1) parking space for each dwelling unit; and the minimum
15 area for each parking space shall be a space ten (7.0} feet by tweni
(20) feet.

This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full
~7 force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date oz
its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
lg its passage this ordinance shall be published once c>>ith the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
19 it in the Chico Enterprise a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California.
