NEW BONDS/COUPONS TO REPLACE BONDS/COUPONS
LOST OR DESTROYED, WOODRIDGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,
COUNTY OF BUTTE, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, petition for reissuance of Bond No. 53,
Principal Coupons 12 through 15 of the County of Butte, California,
has been received by the Board of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors has received evidence
that said bonds/coupons have been lost or destroyed;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said bonds/coupons shall be
reissued and that the cost of reissuance be borne by the owner of
said bonds, to wit: Marjorie N. Geiger, and that the security to
be deposited shall be in the sum of one thousand five hundred
ninety six and no/100 dollars ($1,596.00).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 1989 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Dolan> Uercruse, McLaughlin and
Chairman Fulton
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
