RESOLUTION PROVIDING AN EXCEPTION TO NORMAI;' BUSINESS
HOURS FOR THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors heretofore on December 5,
1989 adopted resolution no. 89-201 amending office hours including
in part the Public Health Department; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors finds it to be in the
interest of the County to provide exception to Section 2-1 of the
Butte County Code and Personnel Rule 7.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors
hereby amends resolution no. 89-201 adopted on December 5, 1989
providing for the following change of County office business hours:
DEPARTMENT SCHEDULE
Public Health Monday through Thursday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 19th day of December, 1989 by the following vote:
ALES: Supervisors Dolan, Mclnturf, McLaughlin and Chairman Fulton.:.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Fulton
NOT VOTING: None
