The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali-
fornia, do ordain as follows:
That butte County Ordinance ivos. 627, 762, 779, 805 and 853 are
(hereby amended in the following particulars:
Section 3 of said ordinances are amended to read as follows:
SECTIOii 3. Additional uses permitted subject to the securing of
a use permit in each case:
3.1 "C-1" (Retail Commercial) uses may be permitted for
property having frontage on the Skyway.'

3.2 "R-3" (M.ultiple Dwellings) uses may be permitted for
Lot 11 Trlildwood Subdivision, Paradise, Assessor Parcel 52-11-36
as designated by map in the office of the County Assessor on the
first Nionday in march 1962.

3.3 "R-3" (i~iultiple Dwellings) uses may be permitted for
Assessor Parcel ~fos. 52-04--09 and 52-04-10 as designated by map in
tine office of the County Assessor on the first A~onday in rvarc]z 1963,
3.9 "C-1' (Retail Commercial) uses may be permitted for
'~, Assessor Parcel i>Io. 52-12-21 (I,ot 12 Wildwood Subdivision) as
designated by map in the office of the County Assessor on the
first 'Tonday in ifaarcn 1963.
3.5 "R-3" (P~iultiple Dwellings) uses may be permitted for
'Assessor Parcel "t+to. 52-05-49 as designated by map in the office of
,the County Assessor on the first Monday in March 1965.
3,6 "R-3" (Multiple Dwellings) uses may be permitted for
Assessor Parcel 52-17-29 as designated ]~y map in the office of the
County Assessor on the first i~londay in i~iarch 1966.
This Ordinance shall be and it is i~ereby declared to be in full
force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of
its passage, and ber""ore the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage this Ordinance shall be published once with the narnes
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
it in the Paradise Post a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California.
