The Board of Supervisors of the:6ou~h-~y of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
That Section 1 of Ordinance No, 874 is hereby amended in the
'following particulars:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the
Gounty of Butte, State of California, shall be and is hereby zoned
as an ttNi-2°t {I"Ieavy Industrial) District and subject to all of the
uses applicable to the uses of an t+Di--2~i District, said area so
zoned being located south of the City of Oroville, particularly
described as follows:
As shown by map attached and as shown by Butte
County Area Nlap No. 4 in the Office of the Butte
County Planning Commission and the Office of the
Butte County Clerk,
This ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be in full
force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of
its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after
its passage this ordinance shall be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
it in the BIGGS NEWS , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, on this 14th day of June
1966, by the following vote:
AYES;Supervisors Howsden, Faxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES : None
ASSENT; None
NOT VOTING: None
